Sovereign's Domination
Innate: Viego can temporarily possess enemy champions he helps kill for 10 seconds, healing for (+2% (+2.5% per 100) (+2.5%) (+500% bonus Attack Speed) target's max). During possession, Viego's items, attacks, and non-ultimate abilities become those of his slain enemy's, and he gains a free cast of his own ultimate, Heartbreaker. While possessing an enemy, Viego also gets 10% bonus movement speed when moving toward enemy champions.
Blade of the Ruined King
Passive: Viego’s attacks deal a percent of the target's current health as bonus damage on-hit. The bonus damage has a min. threshold, is capped at 50 vs. monsters and can critically strike. When Viego attacks an enemy he recently hit with an ability, the attack strikes twice. The second strike deals (+20% total) (+15%) physical damage and heals him for 135% of the damage (144% against monsters and 50% against minions), applies on-hit effects and can critically strike. This passive is maintained during possession.Active: Viego stabs forward with his blade, damaging all enemies hit (increased by 15 against monsters). Spectral Maw
Active: Viego charges up and then dashes forward, hurling a blast of mist that stuns and damages the first enemy hit for 0.25 - 1.25 seconds. Stun duration and mist range increase with charge time, damage and dash range don't. Magic Damage: 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 300 (+100%)
Harrowed Path
Active: Viego spreads a wave of Black Mist around a nearby wall. While in the mist, Viego gains Camouflage, bonus Attack Speed and Movement Speed. Bonus Movement Speed: 25 / 27.5 / 30 / 32.5 / 35% (+4% per 100) Bonus Attack Speed: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%
Heartbreaker
Active: Viego discards any bodies he is currently possessing and teleports forward, attacking the enemy champion in range with the lowest percent health, briefly slows them by 99%, and dealing bonus physical damage based on their missing health. Other enemies in range are dealt (+120% total) physical damage and knocked away, increased by 0 - 100% (based on Crit Chance). Physical Damage: [12 / 16 / 20% (+5% per 100)% target's missing]
