Petricite Burst
Innate: After casting a spell, Sylas' stores a charge of Unshackled (max 3 charges), gaining (+125% bonus Attack Speed). Sylas' basic attacks will expend a charge and whirl his energized chains around him dealing (+130% total) (+30%) magic damage to his target and (+40% total) (+20%) magic damage to other nearby enemies. Secondary damage executes minions under 25 health.
Chain Lash
Active: Sylas lashes his chains out in an X-shaped area, intersecting at his targeted location, dealing magic damage and slowing enemies for 1.5 seconds. After 0.5 seconds, magic energy explodes from the intersection point dealing magic damage. Kingslayer
Active: Sylas lunges at an enemy with magical force, dealing magic damage. Damaging enemy champions heals Sylas, increased by 0 - 60% (based on missing health). Magic Damage: 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215 (+60%) Heal: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+20%) [+5% bonus] Maximum Heal: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+40%) [+10% bonus]
Abscond / Abduct
Abscond: Sylas dashes to a location. Abduct: Sylas throws out his chain in a direction, pulling himself to the first enemy hit dealing magic damage and knocking them up for 0.35 seconds. Magic Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+80%)
Hijack
Passive: While Hijack is available, Sylas can select a target enemy champion to gain a copy of their ultimate ability at the cost of mana. Sylas cannot select the same champion again for a set duration.Active: Sylas casts his hijacked ultimate ability without cost, scaling based on Hijack's rank and his own statistics. All Hijacked ultimates and abilities that do not scale with ability power have their attack damage ratios converted to ability power ratios. On-target Cooldown: 200% of target's ultimate cooldown. Can be decreased with Cooldown Reduction. Ratios conversion rates: (+0.4%) per (+1% bonus), (+0.6%) per (+1% total)
