Innate: Ryze's spells deal extra damage based on his Bonus Mana, and his maximum Mana is increased by (+10% per 100).
Overload
Passive: Rune Prison and Spell Flux rest Overload's cooldown and charge a Rune (up to 2) for 4 seconds. Overload discharges all runes, granting Movement Speed for 2 seconds if 2 runes are charged.Active: Unleashes a blast that deals magic damage to the first enemy struck. If the target has Flux on it, Overload consumes it, dealing increased damage (based on Realm Warp's Rank) and bouncing to nearby enemies with Flux. Movement Speed: 28 / 32 / 36 / 40 / 44% Magic Damage: 75 / 95 / 115 / 135 / 155 (+55%) (+3% bonus)
Rune Prison
Active: Instantly deal magic damage and slow an enemy by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If the target has Flux on it, it is rooted instead, consuming Flux in the process. Magic Damage: 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+70%) (+4% bonus)
Spell Flux
Active: Fire an orb that deals magic damage, spreading Flux to the target and all nearby enemies for 4 seconds. If attempting to apply Flux to an enemy that already has it, it spreads further. Magic Damage: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+50%) (+2% bonus)
Realm Warp
Passive: Overload's damage bonus against targets with Flux increased.Active: Ryze opens a portal to a location. After 2 seconds, all allies near the portal are teleported to that location. If Ryze becomes unable to cast or move, Realm Warp is cancelled. Overload Increased Damage: 50 / 75 / 100%
