Inherent Glamour
Innate: While within 300 units of a non-epic monster, minion, trap, ward, pet, or plant, Neeko stores their Sho'Ma over 2 seconds. Only one of these units can be stored at a time and she can clear out the Sho'Ma of the current unit to change the disguise to a different one. Afterwards, she can transform into that unit or an allied champion through an interface. Attacking structures as a non-champion, damaging with spells or taking damage from enemy champions or casting either Blooming Burst or Tangle-Barbs breaks the illusion and puts Inherent Glamour on cooldown.
Blooming Burst
Active: Neeko propels a seed into a target area, which blooms after a short delay, dealing magic damage to enemies within (deals bonus damage against monsters). If the burst kills an enemy unit or damages a champion or large monster, it will bloom again after a short delay, dealing magic damage. Shapesplitter
Passive: Every third basic attack deals bonus magic damage and grants Neeko bonus movement speed for 1 second (deals 75 bonus damage against monsters).Active: Neeko becomes invisible for 0.5 seconds, sending a temporary clone of her current Inherent Glamour form sprinting in a target direction for 3 seconds. Both her and the clone gain bonus Movement Speed for 3 seconds. Neeko can recast this ability to move her clone to the target location. The clone is untargetable while stealthed. Tangle-Barbs
Active: Neeko slings a tangle that deals magic damage to enemies and roots them. The tangle becomes empowered after hitting an enemy, growing larger, moving faster, and rooting longer. Magic Damage: 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+65%) Root Duration: 0.7 / 0.9 / 1.1 / 1.3 / 1.5 seconds Empowered Duration: 1.8 / 2.1 / 2.4 / 2.7 / 3 seconds
Pop Blossom
Active: Neeko begins channeling for 1.25 seconds. If Neeko is disguised with Inherent Glamour, enemies won't see her channel this ability. Neeko knocks up nearby enemies and she leaps into the air for 0.6 second. When Neeko lands she deals magic damage and stuns nearby enemies for 0.75 seconds. Magic Damage: 150 / 350 / 550 (+120%)
